What is Intuitive Health Coaching?
Health Coaching is a collaborative relationship. Together we will use tools to help you develop habits and goals. Intuitive coaching is different because it focuses on awakening and tuning into your own intuition ( gut feelings) for habit change and goal setting.

Where do I start?
Reiki Energy Sessions
Coaching packages start with a free 30 minute discovery call. Choose from 3 or 6 month weekly or bi-monthly meetings. Each session is a 1:1 either in person, video or phone consultation, review of goals, habits or intuitive work, and ending with an action plan.

Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki practitioner uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing .
Reiki practitioners believe that improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness
Mindful or Mindset work
Reaching goals and creating new habits takes time but it also takes self love and compassion. Fall in love with yourself using self discovery tools, releasing self- limiting beliefs, and gaining gratitude.
Physical or body connection work
Learn to honor your body at any stage while working on reaching your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, increase energy, or manage a health condition.
Spiritual and or Higher Being connection work

Gain more insight into your spiritual self and/or Higher Being connection, by opening your inner energy. Learn more about finding and unblocking your chakra or energy flow to allow you to be fully present and live your most purposeful life.
What happens during a coaching session?

During the first session you will describe your "WHY" or motivation for change , create future goals and define habit changes. Additional sessions will include review your of goals, create or change action plans, and may include energy work ( as requested, additional charges may be added if Reiki work is requested beyond the original session time) and tools as needed for manifestation/ transformation.
